Labelexpo Europe 2025 officially kicked off at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain on September 16. Hongyuan Digital and Yuantie Machinery showcased their exhibits at Booth 3D91, Hall 3, presenting hybrid printing technologies and comprehensive label printing solutions.

At the exhibition, Hongyuan Digital displayed its latest-generation 1200 DPI high-speed digital-flexo combined label printing equipment. The integrated digital plus flexographic printing solution enables flexible collocation of diversified processes, realizing non-stop high-efficiency hybrid label printing covering the entire workflow from pre-press to post-press.

Visitors can witness the mature combined process solution demonstrated by the new LabStar330HD Hybrid, which integrates non-stop unwinding, offset cold foiling, four-color flexo printing, eight-color digital printing, cold stamping, forming die-cutting unit, non-stop waste removal unit and non-stop dual rewinding, perfectly adapting to diverse substrates and industrial application demands.

It adopts brand-new 1200 DPI industrial-grade circulating piezoelectric ceramic printheads, supporting a maximum resolution of 1200×1200 DPI with a minimum ink droplet volume of 2pl. Whether it is ultra-fine lines and tiny texts such as pharmaceutical instructions and electronic component marks, or intricate gradient screens and delicate decorative patterns for cosmetic and luxury product labels, the LabStar330HD Hybrid delivers exceptional sharpness and outstanding printing clarity.

Beyond superior print quality, it serves as an all-round high-efficiency production powerhouse. Featuring a printing speed of 80 to 120 meters per minute and a maximum printing width of 322mm, it fully meets high-speed wide-format production requirements for mainstream labels and narrow-web packaging materials in the market.
